Angela Dugan

After graduating from Fordham University in 2008, Angela had a brief stint with the Obama for America campaign before taking a job in Los Angeles with the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN). She spent four years at OWN where she began as the Receptionist, then later transitioned into Production Management and worked on several high-profile shows for the network. In 2014, Angela began working as a television producer with credits including Hollywood Divas, The Next 15 and Flex & Shanice: All In The Family. Aside from producing, Angela is a budding filmmaker, having created the LA Web Fest awardwinning web series, The Cat Lady Chronicles. The Chicago native also recently wrote, produced, and directed the short film, “Jermaine,” which is based on a true story that chronicles a day in the life of a South Side family’s untimely run-in with gun violence. The film was a selection at several festivals including Black Harvest and BronzeLens.
