Cicely C. Mitchell is a native of Detroit, Michigan in the United States. A former school instructor and radio talent, Cicely now spends her time growing her endeavor “Reba To the Rescue”. Mitchell received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Michigan State University and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with her Master of Arts in Liberal Studies. Mitchell began a copywriting and short form video company and continues to create segments of “Reba To the Rescue”, helping young learners grow, love and become productive global citizens of the future!
