Ahmed Farah is the Somali founder of Riyo Films, an international film production company based in East Africa. He started his professional career with Dutch and Belgian broadcasters. In 2011, he worked on The Last Hijack, which won Best Non-Fiction Digital Program at the 2015 International Emmy Awards. Since founding his film production company, Riyo Films, Ahmed has worked with various news and television networks, such as Al Jazeera, BBC, and CNN.
