Brianna Abdullah is a young filmmaker, writer, editor and photographer. She has graduated from 3 prestigious film programs; The Ghetto Film School Program (2012-2013), The Columbia University Young Artist Film Lab (2013), and the Reel Works Film Program: Master Lab (2013-2014). Brianna expanded her career by filming and editing episodes of the independent radio show titled, “The Block” on BBOX Radio Station. As well as directing and editing a new inspiring web-series entitled, “Work Study” by Grace City Productions. From 2012-2015, Brianna has written and directed various short films including, “First Love”, “Clasp”, and “Wanna Fix A Flat?”. Some of which have been featured in film festivals and independent events. For two years Brianna has been the head photographer of the Bishop Hezekiah Walker’s “Quest of Fire” youth retreat in Orlando, Atlanta, and now Miami. The event featured award-winning artists such as Tye Tribbett, Vashawn Mitchell, JJ Hairston, Isaac Carree, Anthony Brown and Group Therapy, and many more. In August 2014, Brianna and a group of young female leaders worked with Reel Works Camp G.O.A.L.S. For Girls to help empower students to create and produce a two minute short on the Intrepid Ship. Today Brianna is the head videographer and editor of Kingsloop Magazine, where she recently captured interviewee s such as Mister from the hit youtube series, Money and Violence, Published Writer and DMC s mentee, Juliet Forde and many more. Brianna is always working on something new to help her become a well-rounded female artist.
