Gabriel Barbosa and Fernando Sousa

Gabriel Barbosa has a doctorate and a master's degree in Anthropology from UFF and a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from UFRJ. He began working in the world of cinema as Assistant Director of the short documentary 'Intolerâncias da Fé'. He is the project director of Quiprocó Filmes, where he is responsible for the executive production, direction and scriptwriting of documentaries dealing with racial, Afro-diasporic, religious and right to memory issues, which have won awards at national and international festivals. Fernando Sousa has a master's degree in Social Sciences from UERJ and is studying for his PhD in Political Sociology at UENF. He wrote the research and screenplay for the short film 'Manobreiro de Água' and made his debut as a director and screenwriter with the film 'Intolerâncias da Fé', produced for Canal Futura's Sala de Notícias channel.
