Kehinde Ishangi is a dance artist, filmmaker, educator, scholar, and somatic practitioner, where she is an Associate Professor at Florida State University. Ishangi’s groundbreaking research focuses on embodied learning, seamlessly integrating these concepts with her artistic projects to inspire and transform. Her expertise is recognized internationally, as she serves on the Board of Directors of the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA) and has contributed her insights to the 2021 anthology (Re:)Claiming Ballet. Not My Enemy is her first full-length film, and it has been screened internationally and throughout the United States.
