It is no secret that Mr. Wave is a pioneer in the Break - Dancing culture. His innovative dance style and ability to stand the test of time have cemented him as a living legend of dance. Mr. Wave, born Tony Wesley, was born in the Bronx, NY. A member of the New York City Breakers, Wave and the NYC Breakers were featured in the hip-hop film classic “Beat Street” (produced by the legendary singer, actor and civil rights leader, Harry Belafonte). He and the group had the privilege of dancing on a myriad of stages. He has traveled the world sharing his particular style of dance with many; including, kings,queens and two U.S. Presidents.
