In June of 2013, the UNHCR along with many countries in Africa have decided that the 18 years refuge they have offered the Rwandan refugees since the Genocide is going to stop and the refugees must go home. The refugees have well-founded fears that they will be persecuted, jailed or even killed by the regime now running the country. Their fears a well founded and the film explains why.
