WE WILL LIVE \ 24 mins \ Cayman Islands

In the hope of starting a better life in a southern country, Elia and Ayon took a small plane that crashed during a violent tropical storm. Elia must now bury Ayon and survive alone in the unknown jungle she's stranded in. As she struggles to find her way out of the suffocating environment, remembering the cherished moments she spent with Ayon before their departure gives Elia the strength to keep going and finally reach out the sea, a place of hope and new beginnings.

Pascal Pernix

Pascal was born in the South of France, surrounded by art books and cameras. He embraced a creative career at an early age in addition to studying fine arts, photography and art history. After moving to the Cayman Islands in 2006 to pursue his career, he then created his own creative agency Pcreative and has directed several short films independently since 2015. His hope is to be able to commit to filmmaking full time and write and direct his first feature in the years to come.
